Gentlemen,

Looking for individualized "names" that were painted on in-country Army copters 1962-73. I'm closing in on the 2,800 "name" count so far collected, documented and cataloged. Book is to be published and readied for Spring 2011. Hundreds of never-before-published pics and "name" database will be contained in a 2-vol set. Contributions and input welcomed. Respectfully yours, John Brennan, former SP5, 114 AHC, 1970-71, Vinh Long AAF, Mekong Delta

I just found a signature and comments by William Gibbard on page 256. He was asgn at Qui Nhon 64-65 with the Aviation Unit. His email is no longer correct. Friend William, if you are out there some place, please email me at haroldgraham42@yahoo.com or better yet, call me at 740-742-3033. If you don't get an answer, please leave me a message and I will get back with you; a promise you can bank on. Sure hope you read this. I was at Qui Nhon 62-64 and then several short TDYs up to 12Feb65 with the USAF Advisory Det that was wiped out when their billeting complex was destroyed on 14Feb, killing all my friends and totally wiping out the USAF presents at Qui Nhon. I really need to talk about this. A Fellow Vet, HD Graham
