My first three months in country was with 1st Mar Div Lima Co. 3/7, got malaria and spent a month in Japan hospital. Upon returning to Nam I was put with Mike Co. 3/5 then spent some time with H&S 3/5 in An Hoa. All this took place in 69-70. Semper Fi, L/Cpl Jim White aka Teddy Bear
