USA 198th Light Inf. Brgd. Aviation Section, Chu Lia. Avionics and Door Gunner 1966-67?. The only place they had for us was in the middle of the ammo dump. They cleared out a small section and black topped it. That was our chopper pad. Lucky for us, we moved to the other end of the base before the TET offensive. The next morning after TET, nothing was left of our old pad.
