I was a Marine Infantry Lt. in country May 1967-to July 1968. I had 1st Platoon, Golf Co., 2nd Bn. 5th Marines operating out of An Hoa combat base until 12/19/1967. I also served as an Aerial Observer at Marble Mtn until Jul 1968. Call Sign was Benchmark 21 and Cowpoke 21. 430 combat flight hrs registered.
