For instance, the Marine Corps does not maintain a missing fileon Wilfredo D. Singson, reported missing January 28, 1968. Although he did not appear on 1973 lists, in 1980, the Defense Department listed Singson as AWOL - Absent Without Leave. His story and his fate are unknown. All this sounds "unbelievable" for me!
