I was 16 the year the war ended. My cousin, Richard Radford had recently returned from the war - a very changed young man. Within a few months, he died in a motorcycle accident. His is technically not a military death, but never the less, the war killed him. I have missed him every day from the moment he was deployed to South East Asia.
