I was a seabee in nmcb-8 between Danang &Marble
mountain next to nmcb-9 across from mag-16 on
the other side was the 9th marine at marble mountain on 10-28-65 mag -16 and nmcb-9 came
under mortar & sappers attack nmcb-8 we were in the cross fire of nmcb-9, mag-16 & 9th marines at
marble mountain that was a night I will never for get there were some KIA He was a corpsman his name was John,Gelien H.M.C.it took me along time to find out his Name but now thanks to POP A Smoke I have the after action report .
