I was with MCB 3 in I Corps, Hue and Dang Ha, 1967-1968. Many good memories and many, many bad memories. I came home OK for the most part. Some unidentified Marine saved my life by pulling me back into his bunker while we were under mortar attack at a place called Impact Ridge. I never got his name. God Bless him for that.
