I was stationed at Cam Ranh Bay Air Base 69-70 with the 12th & 483rd SPS. I just got off duty when the P.O.L area blew up (240,000 gal. JP-4 jet fuel) from a NVA sapper attack. I have been back twice (1999-2000) and traveled from Hanoi to the the Mekong Delta. Am very active with our group,USAF Vietnam Security Police assn. (VSPA) and local VVA groups. To all my VN brothers out there...Welcome Home! Great site, keep it rolling, this is living history.
