I was with HQ 1/6 (Jun to Aug 1971). Attached to MACV Binh Son (Aug - Nov 1971). Trying to locate medical records from 91st EVAC Hospital, with no luck. From the time I got to Chu Lai (No Medical Records). I remember the Typhoon (Hester) hitting Chu Lai 10/23/71. I was in Binh Son at the time. Got orders to move out on 11/1/71 to Phu Lai. I don't remember going to pick up my records. I heard that the 91st EVAC Hospital was level by the typhoon. I need help on this. I have a VA Claim, but no health records!!!!! Question: was 91st EVAC destroyed or not. Thanks...........
