Looking for anyone who remembers this lost solider. I was with B Battery, 5/2 Arty as a gunner on an M42A1 Tank (Duster) at FSB Blue and left there in April 1971 enroute to FSB Lanyard on the Cambodian border where we were ambushed. I lost my whole crew that night this was in Tay Ninh Province. My unit stood down in late 1971 and I was reassigned to A Battery 6/27 Arty as a shooter on an 8" howitzer named the "Alpha's Dealer's of Death." I was at several FSB with the 2nd/11th Armored Cav. Good friends were Pollock, Mr. Guyne, Whittey, Ezy, Beasley, Hensley, Spike, Montoya and Wild William Sands. My nickname was Baby San. I hope to one day find some of these fellow brothers and anyone else who remembers me. Welcome home guys on this veterans Day 2006.
