I signed in previously but wanted to do so again with a different email address.
I served at NSA Dong Tam from Sept '68 through Sept '69 as an engineer on the harbor work boats and the last 5 months aboard YD-220, the big crane that lifted MRF craft out of the water for hull and propulsion repair. Hoping to one day hear from Roy Haake EM6 or "Mac" McNulty EN3, my crewmates on the crane. Would also welcome correspondence from any Dong Tam veterans or family members of Dong Tam vets.Welcome home, friends and thanks for your service.
