Hi. I have a friend Thuy that was born in Vietnam in 1971 to a black soldier. The city is Con Tho and the airport is Phi Truong Tra Noi. If you served during this time or no anyone who did, please e-mail me. This is her long life dream. She is in America now. She thinks his last name is McNeal and may have been a Captain in Supply.
