Hello to you all. My name is Sandra I am trying to help a Vietnam Vet prove his injury while in Vietnam. The accident occurred during a convoy from Saigon, back to ChuChi. He was treated at the 2nd and 49th medical evacuation hospital in ChuChi. He states on his report of medical history taken 11/18/1968 that he had a back injury in May of 1968 while in Vietnam. He was with 94th Maintenance Battalion, and also with 351st Signal Battalion. His name is Mack H. Dixon he was in the Army. If anyone remembers him or the incident in question please e-mail me.
