God Bless all the Vets, those here and those who have passed on. I am the daughter of a Vietnam Veteran who passed away in 01. My dad is Billy Ray Blevins. He was stationed out of Fort Bliss in 65 and Fort Leonardwood in 63. I know he served 3 tours in Vietnam sometime between 60 and 66. He was in the Army and I believe he was a sergeant. My Mom says she was sewing those stripes on about every other week because he would lose them as fast as he got them. 🙂 My dad was a good man and a great soldier and he truly cared for those he served with. I would love to correspond with anyone that knew my dad. My email is listed.
