I am searching for the whereabout of RICHARD A. ROBERTS (born 1943?), orginally from Chicago, Il., who served as a Civilian Advisor in Giao Duc District, Dinh Tuong Province (Vietnam), between 1969-1971. We met again once in Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, where he worked as a Director at Amtrad (railways) in 1980 (?), but lost contact since as he abruptly changed address.
