I served in Vietnam for 1968-1970. I am 63 years old and am only now tryinig to get some benefits from the VA. I served with the 82nd Airborn, I am trying to find anyone who knew me then , I need to fill out alot of paperwork, but have alot of trouble remembering name, places & dates.I'm told my records can't be found, that they were burned. I'm having to recerate all evidence that i was even there. My exwife threw almost everything away.
