I was a medic with B company 1st./501st.Inf. 101st. ABN. 1971-1972. Looking for anyone that can remember the name of the mexican american Sgt. from san antonio,tx. We were in a mechanical ambush that left 5 of our brothers wounded and had to medivac them. This happened between January 13-16 of 1972, on the triple canapi of Nui Ke, before the 101st. stood down and went home.I remember the names of the wounded but not the name of the Sgt. that kept us together after the ambush. Thanks Doc. Garcia
