HM2 Navy Hospital Corpsman Vietnam in 67-58 with 1st Medical Bn, 1st Marine Div, Charley Company, we moved from Da Nang to Phu Bai in early 1968 and set up a MUST unit hospital at the airstrip in Phu Bai. We came under attack during TET. I was the senior Corpsman in the Recovery Room and The Intensive Care Unit. Am under the VA disability for PTSD but only 10% I have NEVER been able to find ANYONE who served with me, nor that was treated by our hospital, yet it was the closest Navy Hospital to both HUE and Khe Son, etc. If anyone has any connection to the area or the hospital during the TET offensive please contact me directly 360.770.6902 or bob at onmesquite.com
God bless all of you, and Semper FI.
