I served in C Co, 168th Engr Bn and A Co, 31st Engr Bn from Sep 69 to Sep 70. I am looking for anyone that remembers my squad clearing a booby trapped village at Loc Ninh during the Camboian operation. I was knocked to the ground by the concussion from the explosion, my ears are still ringing to this day. It knocked the breath out of me, hurt my ears, felt like a wire brush was run down my throat. Tree roots, dirt etc fell all over me. The Plt Sgt Davis came running down the hill, he thought I was dead...
Please wait...
