70/71 4th/60 artillery(dusters)spent 15mos,about 10mos at the the bottom of mang yang pass,lz action.we run convoys thur the pass and on to pleiku many times.ankhe pass too! ankhe pass had a fsb on the very top of this mountain,forget the name,you could'nt see anything-we'd just throw gernades and let em roll down,loss a couple good friends in ankhe pass.spent my last 2-3mos pulling securty on a cliff at camron bay,our fire base there was fsb freedom.i was there when vc blew up 1 or so camron's ammo bunkers.fsb freedom was about 3 miles from camrons gate,i was on guard duty that nite and the shock waves were the largest i've ever seen and i'd seen alot in vc valley.that cliff at camron were we on over looking the ocean was a huge rock and on it someone wrote "WHEN THE POWER OF LOVE OVERCOMES THE LOVE OF POWER THEN WE SHALL HAVE PEACE". WELCOME BACK!
