ZULU COMPANY, MAG 16 Apr 69-Mar 70. Would like to hear from any of the guys that served with ZULU, either Army (282nd or 245th Avn Co's) or Marine Air Wingers. Or the other 0311s that were permanent at ZULU at that time. I was in 2nd Platoon the entire time. Maj Walsh, Cpl Mallow, SSG Graves, David Kurtz, Dan Martin, Mack Gorden, John Kirton, Ramon Rocha, Jim Long & Smitty are a couple of the names I remember. I got there just after the Ammo Dump at Da Nang blew up and was there when the ARVN dump blew up. Several mortar and rocket attacks and a couple race riots. I was with Don Lambert when he was killed. Would like to hear from others that were there all those years ago. Semper Fi, PL
