I was asgn to RVN 62-64 at Qui Nhon as an advisor. I was asgn in Saigon 67-68 as a traveling advisor to VNAF. I went to every location VNAF had troops with American Advisors. I flew on just about anything going the way I needed to go. Retired from the USAF as an E9 on 1 Dec 82 w/22 yrs svc. I wrote a book on my USAF career and it was published in Feb 2010. There is ana excerpt at that location as well. My next book titled "A Salute to the Nurses of Vietnam" is due out late this year. It is dedicated to all the nurses (male and female) that served there or on one of the hospital ships from 1959 to 1975. I need photos of US Medical Facilities in RVN and some of the nurses that served there as well. I have six other brothers retired from the military and between all my brothers and myself we have over 170 years total military service to our country. My email in OH is [email protected].
