During 1969-70 I commanded the 508th Army Postal Unit in Cholon. One of my detachments operated a postal facility at Camp Davies. We were attached to the U. S. Army Transportation Bn, Saigon (Prov). I am currently working with the director of the AG Corps Museum at Fort Jackson, SC to provide artifacts and memorabilia to the museum. However, we have not been able to gather any information about TBS, Saigon. Anyone with information about this provisional trans unit is invited to contact me at [email protected].
