I am looking for anyone who knew my husband, Mario Petitti. He served with the 129th Aviation Company and Assault Helicopter (cobras and bulldogs). He served near Qui Nhon. He also has a commendation from the 1st Aviation Brigade
Nguy Hiem. He was an Armor Weapons Repair Specialist. He has passed away from Cholangiocarcinoma or bile duct cancer, which is associated with parasites in Vietnam. This is a very rare cancer in the U.S., but very prevelant in Asia and Vietnam. I want to let all vets be aware if they are having any stomach issues to check for this cancer. It is hard to detect. I also would like to find anyone that knew my husband. Please contact me at the email address. Thank you.
