i was in the 261 tc whistlers in 1968, jan. until dec. 1968
we had a lot of fun during tet. not many of us left 261 shotgunners
i was trained to work on trucks, not to go on conveys of ammo,
getting shot at everywhere we went, anybody else out there from 261
or 352, or 151, we were all in the same convoys, and that great bunch from the 319 that joined the reseres so they would not go to the nam
now they were a mad bunch of reserist, right there with the rest of us
had a lot of good and bad times
