I was in the 504th in Phu Tai valley from August 1969 to August 1970. I was the company clerk under Cpt Camarenos and later I ran the little PX we set up on the compound right behind the movie screen. I am Sgt Warren. For some reason I thought it was once the 578th Signal Co.
My DD214 says 504th. This compound was next door to the Telephone Exchange and also a soft ice-cream plant was just outside the gate. I recall we were first further down the road near the supply depot and then moved to the Phu Tai location.
