Can Toe FROM 1968-1969 July with the 51 maint. co, Motor pool inside the air field,
Watch VC come through main gate in Can Toe airfield and blow up aircraft at midnight in 69,

I was with the 51st Medical Co. Amb. Sept. 68- Nov. 69. out in beautiful Phu Tai Valley. We shared compound with 542nd Medical Co.until they departed in October 68 and were replaced by 311th field hospital.
51st Med Co Amb. has facebook page that has been fairly active. Always on the lookout for 51st vets. Check Us Out!!

I was in Phu Tai and Long My Depot June 69 - June 70.
First 3 months, pulled guard duty on PDO ( junk Yard) in Phu Tai and on Tank Farms 1&2 in Quhin Nohn.
Last 9 months on Long My Depot Co A 244th QM BN

Original member 58th Field Depot to train in Calif. and go on General Pope to Qui Nhon. looking for anyone who remembers me as I was assigned to operate heavy equipment by Col. Higgins and Sgt. Delage 20ton crane and road scrapers that brought mountain to low land. Kyle, Ishihara, Salinas etc.
