..there were a million people stationed where I was..over the years...amazing how I dont know any of the names....seems like every unit in the world was there at one time....

Also, would like to know if any one knew Gary Martini. He was a friend to Dennis Pawlowicz. Operation UNION Company F, 2d Battalion, 1st Marines, 1st Marine Division. (they were both in this unit). So if any one had be-friended either one of these brave people, I would greatly appreciate it if you contact me. My father also was in Vietnam. His name is James (Jim) McMann. I have to ask him again what unit he was with, but I know that he was with Operation UNION II.

I spent 19 months and 3 days with the 566 Med Truck Cam Ranh Bay From Apt 69 to Nov 70.
I was NCOIC of GunTruck # 363.

I was in E/Btry 82 Arty. 1 st Cav. Div. 70 - 71. I am now working on a friends records. His is Douglas E. Watkins. he was in VMFA 115 Danang 1965. It seems that the Marine Corps lost the Command Chronology,Unit diarys
and morning reports for his unit for the month he was hit in the head with schrapnal during a rocket attack 11/30/1965.

hi my name is Tien Tran and i'm a Vietnamese tennage. at this stage i really feel that i'm proud of my country VIETNAM because they have manage through a lot of war and all the bad things that they have suffer from. i still have reletives that still lives in Vietnam and always hoping to visit them again and again. and the last thing i want to say is that i prond to be a VIETNAMESE girl.
and one last thing my grampa said that he has been in the 1st or 2nd war if i can remember and the special thing is that he helped our country and manage to be here in Australia.
