firebase bastogne. july of 1970 to july1971, they called me woody(point man) smitty was my slack man.mortimer,spanky, some others cant remember.

I would like to hear from anyone who served in the 504th signal company in 1970 and was later designated as the 589th signal company. The unit was located in phu tai valley on camp petty. It relocated to the old 173rd airborne compound
in September 1971. Welcome Home!!!

serv may1967 to jan 1969 reenlisted 1971 went back may71 to feb 72 was combat eng with 20th brigade then tranfered to a door gunner on huey with 1st avn bde, co A 158th,101st air borne div,and 229th 1st cav

Arrived in country in Aug 1966 & was assigned to HHC 5th Maint. Bn. Oui Nhon, & was transferred (Jan 67) to the 527th Pers Svc Co also in Oui Nhon. Left country in Aug 1968. My brother, Edward Parzick, passed away one year ago today. He served with the Marines in Viet Nam in 1966-67. He was from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I believe he was with the 4th Marines Radar Division, Fox Company. Does anyone remember him and if so would you contact me. Thank you and God Bless all those who served in Viet Nam.

"Great site. I served three tours in Vietnam. I served as a flight engineer with the 134th AVN Co (FW Caribou). And 2nd Tour was with MACV Team 64 as a RF Riverboat advisor in Chau Duc Province on the Cambodian Border. 3rd tour was with the 97th Heavy Boat at Cam Rhan Bay carrying supplies up and down the coast. Would like to hear from any one from these units".

Served with the 330th in Vung Tau 1963 -1964, under Major Sullivan, Capt Kaercher. Would like to hear from anyone there during this time.

looking for Phillip Nuccio, he graduated with me from PI in 1967. We were seperated in DaNang in Nov. 1967. I went to the 26th Marines, He went to the 9th Marines.

I served with the 37th ARRS DaNang South Vietnam 71-72 then moved to the 40th ARRS at NKP Thailand. I now live here in the Philippines and I am looking for others that served in those U.S. Air Force Units..........But I would really love to hear from Ron (Mac) Macaluso, he was my best friend while in DaNang.........but anybody that wants to communicate with me about DaNang and the Jolly Green Giants please email me..........Thank You

I joined the Army on March 9, 1966. Basic, Fort Benning, Georgia (D-4-1), Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland (Small Missile Systems). Co.C 122nd Maint. Bn. 3rd Armored Div. Friedberg Germany, Vietnam Mar.68 to Dec.69, assigned 61st HEMCO (DS), 185th Maint. Bn. Long Binh....Weapons Section. Attached to Saigon Support IG for 9 months and 185th Maint. CMMI team as a weapons inspector.

Trying to contact anyone from any of these units.

I am searching for my close buddy Sp4 Vic Andrews who served with me in the 870 trans co. in Ft Story , Va. 1964 & 1965 before I transfered to the 155th trans Co Ft Story Va and went to viet nam in 1965. He served in viet nam at camrahn bay in 1965 where we hooked up briefly. We both left the country and returned to the states in Jan, 1966 getting together again in Ca. Think about him often . If he or anyone who knows him sees this please put us in contact.

Great site. I served 3 tours in Vietnam. Tour 1 was with the 134th Avn Co (FW) Caribous based at Soc Trang and Can Tho. My 2nd tour I was a RF Riverboat Advisor with MACV Team 64 in Chau Duc Province next to Cambodia. Also was a RF/PF NCO helped distribute new M16 to RF Companies.
3rd Tour was a Chief Engineer on a LCU at Cam Ran Bay, hauling cargo up and down the coast with the 97th Trans Co. Would love to hear from any one in these units.

I served at USNSAD Chu Lai from Sept 1967 - April 1969. I was attached to the Control Division as a 2nd Class Storekeeper. I worked in Receipt Control and Issue Control. My friend called me "Harry" Tall Thin w/Glasses. Hailed from Massachusetts at the time. If you were there give me a ring.
