In Oct 70 assigned to HQ HQ company 4th Inf Div. The 4th was preparing to go standown and they didn't know what to do with me so I saw many nights in the guard towers...then re assigned to Property Disposal unit Cam Rahn...

Was with 327th Signal in Long Binh. Need help find details of a friends death traveling by jeep (I think) from can tho or dong tam in summer of 69 to see me in long binh. VA shrink-o-pists need supporting evidence.

Served with the 519 MI BN fron 1965 to 1966 . Our compound was located in the Cholon Dist. of Siagon.I was a radio teletype operator and would love to hear from anyone there at that time. A job well done by all.

I served with 64th QM BN 512th QM in Long Binh from Jan 10 1967 to Jan 10 1968. We ran the filling station in Long Binh and Petro Yard. Our BN also convoyed avgas and diesel to isolated base camps at Bear Cat, Swan Loc and Tay Ninh. We also ran petro supply yard at TanSonNHut air base in Saigon. Welcome Home to all our Vets.

In country 9/67 - 10/68. I spent 1st 3 months with 551st Lt Maint Co of the 185th Maint BN. We were attached to the 11th ACR. Spent TET with the CAV. I was transferred after TET to an advisory team working with the Black Panther Div of the Royal Thai Army. Small unit, only 18 of us. We were stationed at Bearcat. Our official designation was the RTAVF SLS. Any chance anyone is out there?

Trying to help a friend find an old friend.... The Soldier was named Ralph Shave, from Virginia, could have been a pilot, and was at Cam Rahn Bay in 70-71 time frame. If anyone knows him, please let me know.

I SERVED WITH THE 566TH TRANS. COMPANY IN 70-71-CAM RANH BAY. HAVE FOUND MANY BROTHERS AND IT HAS BEEN ABSALUTELY WONDERFUL TO BE IN TOUCH WITH THEM AGAIN AFTER 40 YEARS.
