I was a gunship pilot out of Lane AHP An Son. Our team was called out one night between late 1971-early 72 to a MACV position called Tuy Phouc which was being over run by the enemy. I place a rocket for target direction and was told I had hit 5 of the bad guys. A lucky shot for a Uh1 gunship. Later I has in Tuy Phouc and met the MACV advisor and he presented me a VC flag. He said they were very close to being overrun until that one rocket turned the fight around. Anyone out there remember StarBlazer 15. I would really like to hear from you or anybody about that night.
thanks
