I was stationed at Bien Hoa Air base from 7/66-7/67.
We were hit with rockets and mortors. I was assigned to a field artillery unit that watched for enemy fire. Phone their coordinates for our troops to fire on them. Looking for anyone that might of been there 2/67 when we were hit with rockets and mortor fire. I have a pending PTSD claim and I have to prove I was in there when the base was attacked.
If anyone was there or know of others that were there, please get in touch with me.
Please respond if at all possible.
Thanks,
Isaac Taylor, Jr.

Cant recall where we landed but trucked to Cam Ranh. Spent whole time there and the Company rotated out as a unit. I read this site often but have never seen any one else from this company. I served a short time in C Battery, 316th Artillery, 101st Airborne Division at Fire Base Rakkasan, then spent the remainder of the year as commander of Mobil Advisor Team I-15 in Phong Dien District, Thua Tien Province living among Regional and Popular Force units. The time with the Mobile Advisor Team was one of my favorite jobs. The other favorite job is the one I now have as a professional educator of students with special needs.
