I served in viet-nam 1970 with 101st div 1st battalion 506th infantry charlie co. 1st platoon that was at camp eagle I"m looking for Clark from ohio and Desselle Dont know his homeplace .Or if anyone that recall KIKO'S PLACE Im kiko contact me . I also spend some time with the ist div in ben hoa For those who have problems Im very sorry for them . VA gave hard time I was lucky to have my original orders of my CIB

In 1968 August went to Nam, Phu bui Echo Co.2/1 H&S CO. 2nd bat. 1st marines with 2/1 near msr road and tau cau, south of marble mtn. nue kim sahn ville
on Mtns. alpha 6 and crows nest 106mm recoiless rifles ruled,fred copeland, and bilkie,was my squad leaders or section leaders,I was a gunner on the 106mm,as many ahead of me were. Southerland died on alpha 6 Mtn.I
finally made E4 1968 Bat. promotion! , Staff Sgt. miller was my plt. co.and was a flamethrower man too!echo or foxtrot was in dodge city , they had a nva bunker surrounded, they calle for flames up, I was the cpl. who smoked out the nva. after the LT. threw in a smoke grenade.At another date in April I beleave 10:15 pm,On rat patrol I was the grenadier M79, we hit a mine on tau cau we survived we open up on a ville with all we had, 1st time this road was mined/not Msr which was always mined. Don't remember how I got back to the rear at 2/1 the triangle battallion. next thing I knew it was sunrise or morning! damn!

I was with the Marines in vietnam at Marble mountain 1969 and 1970 Hotel company ( Horrible Hogs ) came from Parris island platoon 3068 in March of 1968 If anyone knows of someone else that may have been there, please contact me .

Hope all you guy's are doing good now, was in county 67-68 at Phu Cat AFB in the 37 TH combat support group. Special Purpose Vechile Mechanic, I worked on the refueling unites, was in The home of the Wheels.

I am the widow of Walter Martell, Jr. (Dogman) who served in Vietnam in 1970-71 in the 523rd Trans. & 64th Group Division. He passed away 1/2/06 from Agent Orange. He was in Phu Bi, Vandergriff, The Rock Pile, Little English, Big English, DaNang. May he rest in peace for he no longer lives with the horror and pain of Vietnam.

H&S 1/5 june 69 to may 70 was at an hoa for awhile, a couple of hooches from rocket alley
did some work in arizona territory and secured
a firebase on charlie ridge i can't remember the
name of then back to an hoa for a few months.
went from there to liberty bridge to trade tracers
with chuckie. can't hardly recall names of bro's

My grandfather was John Raymond Nash Jr. He served in Vietnam and was a part of USOM. I want to say thank you to all of you who have served this country. I apoligize that America is more consumed with celebrities and talk shows than you men and woman who have made a difference.
