My name is Lorenzo Arriaga and served in Vietnam with Companies “C,” “B,” and headquarters Co of the 864 th at Ban Me Thuot, Camp “Swampy’, and Phan Thiet from July 1970 to July 1971. Served as Construction platoon leader for Co C at Camp Swampy, then as Company Commander Co B at Phan Thiet, along with HHC Commander at “Whiskey Mountain.”
I live and work in Southern New Mexico and West Texas.
I have a conflict with the VA I am having to show proof that I was in a "Combat Zone"!! Would like to exchange information with you, especially regarding dates after and as a result enemy actions.

Served with 68th AHC TopTigers 145th CAB, Bien Hoa Air Base 1967-68, Transferred to 73rd SAC 210th CAB, Vung Tau 1968-69. Prior I served with the 724th Mt Battalion at Dachau Army Airfield Germany. My last 13 months were at Camp McCoy Wisconsin as Base Supply Sgt. Would like to hear from anyone who remembers me and or served with me.

helped form and deployed with the 805th Trans Company (lt trk), Ft Eustis, Va, arrived in Vung Tau Sep 66. Served with the 490th GS Company, Vung Tau, 67-68. Returned to Vn 71-72 at the Long Bien Depot.
