I was in the Army in Quang Tri June,1969 thru Oct 1969 with HQ Company, 3rd Cavalry Air Mobile. I put up electric lights around the base and the bathrooms. I was electrocuted while installing a light by a bathroom. VA cannot find any of my medical records while I was in Vietnam. Does anyone remember me or know how to find my medical records. I almost died from this electrocution the Dr told me. I have brain disorders because of this injury and I cannot prove I was even in a Quang Tri Hospital because my records were not found. May God Bless the person that can help me.

I served 19 mo. in Viet Nam with Bty.B, 5/4 Field Arty, 5Th Infantry Div. Mech. - 69 & 70. I was a Perimeter Guard in the Security Section at LZ Sandy and a Cannoneer on Gun # 4 at Dong HA. I remember when they tried to take us out with a the ground attack on LZ Sandy, the typhoon that hit us, when Captain "Z" our Green Beret B.C. had us paint the guns camo.,spending a few days in a fox hole filled with water with Sgt. Howard at a place called the Grave Yard, of course most of our many field locations and most of all: an HE round explodeing in the tube of my Howitzere ( Gun # 4 ) during a fire mission distroying the gun and most of my crew. The public dose not know what you 13 Alphas and any other MOS who served with us went through. It was an honner to have served with all of you.
