I want to thanks many of you who bought my book Facing The Wall. It's getting great response and has seemed to help many veterans. I get emails all the time thanking me for writing a book that tells it from the heart and is the voice of many vets. My Cd is also now on Http://CdBaby.com. Vietnam Remembered by Phil Ferrazano. That too is getting a really great response and soon may get radio play. It does honor our comrades. One new song also speaks of a Iraq war vet returning to leave his Purple Heart at the wall for his dad. have a great Memorial Day and remember our fallen brothers. Thanks..Phil Ferrazano Co A 2/60th, 9th Div..VN 70-71

Hello everyone,
If anyone is really interested in finding someone from their past that may not be deceased I may be able to help you at least a little bit. I have developed quite a nack for finding people on the internet. I usually only do this for friends and family.
I enjoy the feeling that comes from linking old war buddies ect. I started doing this since I got out of the USMC (0311 95-99) and found out how difficult it can be to track folks down after getting out. I have successfully located everyone that I was searching for through trial and error, lots of work, intuition and a bit of luck. If you think that I may be able to find a buddy for you, send his full name, last known address (state at least) and ANY other information about him that you can recall to [email protected]. I will do my best to find your buddy or at least give you some phone numbers that are likely his. I DO NOT charge anything at all to do this, but if you are feeling happy and grateful afterwards, I will not refuse donations since I am a stay-at-home-dad right now.

Geoffrey Smith

Served on weapons crew on F100's during '67-'68 at Bien Hoa. Spent a fair amount of time on a quick reaction force dispatched to "hot" spots around the perimeter. Vividly remember the early morning attack during the TET offensive when the NVA attempted to come through Bunker Hill 10.

Served with 6th 29th Artillary 67-68 HQ Battery , 4th Infantry Div. My job was field commo. 36k20. I was sent to the central highlands foward area. and spent 8 months in Dakto. Looking for anyone who went into the Mountain Yard Villages with me and the Medic. I remember some of the guys names. Georgy, Reither, or riter? We had some hairy times together on some of our crazy missions that Sgt Tatum sent us on. Anything but Commo. we did.Certainly never a dull moment risking our lives. Hope we all made it. God bless and hope to here from anyone who served in that unit at Dakto.

Great site. Served from Mar, '67 to Mar, '68 with the 716th MP Bn, Charlie Co. in Saigon. Those of you that I was honored to serve with during TET will never be forgotten. God bless the many that gave their lives that terrible night at the Embassy, BOQ #3, and the Race Track. I was Car #61 when it all started, feels like yesterday. Looking for anyone that I served with, especially Jerry Howe, Tom "The Rock" Winters, Sgt. Streets, Sgt. Jerry Bowen, Bill Rober, Mike "Chase" Grigsby, and many others. I would love to hear from you.

I'm looking for any information on USMC Lance Cpl. Claude Frank Wright Jr., who was with the III Marine Amphibious Force, 3rd Combined Action Group, wounded in action 19 April 1969. Did you know him? Do you know the circumstances under which he was wounded? What happened that day? Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
