I am looking forward to the July 16 trip back. I admit I am a bit anxious...probably more so than during the war. I think what this organization does is incredible.

I remember some people Cooper", thomas kish, gary kerr, "get back oriello", james bearde, getting old and all the booze and drugs memory not as good as it was at one time.
I too am ticked at the way we were welcomed back from our "conflict" guess you have kill, be killed, wounded, maimed, make it in a "war" to be accepted. GOD BLESS ALL MY FELLOW MARINES, THEN AND NOW.

I was with Mobile Naval Post Office 1 (MNPO1) DaNang in '69 and '70. We worked out of a shed in FASU's space. In late '70 we were disbanded and absorbed by TNPO Subic Bay. Our original unit was a detatchment of CTU73.1.2 til we were kidnapped by Terminal Naval Post Office 96650. Nobody seems to remember us as we were such a small unit. We were originally working out of Cubi Pt and were split in half, one half of us sent to DaNang. Anybody?

Spent about 40 years growing and spreading the dioxin in my body and now have cancer x3, laryngectomy, prostate cancer and diabetes. I was pretty sure I had made a clean get-a-way from the Nam....until now. Any others from this era/problem, write me...I can no longer speak.

Served onboard USS Matthews from 1964 to 1966. I made 2 operations in Chu Lai, 2 in Da Nang, 1 in Hue, and 1 in Qui Nhon.
Rolling Thunder and Starlight, does anyone remember seeing the above mentioned ship during these operations.
Also looking for Captain Moore with the 155 battalion (during that time). He can verify I had boots on the ground, for my VA claims.
