Would like to hear from others who were at DaNang, MAG-11 1970 - 1971. I worked adjacent to Avionics trailers in small warehouse for H&MS-11, Group Supply. Awaiting Parts clerk who ordered repair parts for black boxes. There April 8 th when 122 took out VMO-2 hooch in MAG-11 living area. Remember me???

I was a Navy corpsman form 1970 to 1974, was never " in country " but I am a Viet Nam Era Vet if that counts for anything. My Dad was also a Navy Corpsman, HMC Charles D. Streeter, and he was stationed in Da Nang from 1965 to 1966. I would like to hear from anyone might have served with him. Thanks. Carson

Looking for anyone who has news of Scott F. Olson; I served with him in the 57th AHC in Kontum and prior to that, he was with the 173rd AB in casualties; he got back in 1969 and called me from Oakland but haven't heard from him since!

I served from 3-10-69 till 5-10-70 with A Btry 8/6 Arty 1st Inf. Div. FSB Gela, Normandy ll AG on a 155mm Split Trail Howitzer. Base camp was Lai Khe.

I started out with the 229th S&S at Bearcat and ended up with the 549th Lt Mnt in Long Bin from 1969 -1970

My Dad served in Vietnam 68-69. He was dropped in during Tet Offensive.....can't imagine what all those men went through. He was with India Co 3/26th Marines. Hill 881 S. Thank you God for bringing him home.....My Dad...Butch Brown.

I WAS IN NAM MAY 68, ONLY 2 DAYS AND ENDED UP IN SAN DIEGO NAVAL 4 MONTHS, RETURNED TO DUTY AND SAW NAM AGAIN NOV 1969. I SERVED FROM NOV 1967 UNTIL JUNE 27, 1970. MAG-13 COMM CENTER (ACTUALLY WORKED OUT OF MAG-12 COMM CENTER), 1ST MAW CHU LAI

I was stationed at Camp Evans in Viet Nam from Sept 1968 to Nov 1969. I was with the 101st Airborne and would like to hear from anyone else who was there at that time. I also spent time at f/b Blaze, Bastogne, & Birmingham

I served at Phu Bai from June 68 - June 69. I was with the 596 Sig Bn. My nickname was "Kid" because I was the youngest in my unit (18). I worked typing special orders for awhile and then moved to the perimeter as a permanent radio operator. I remember a Sgt. Bly, Donald Schwartz, Steve Kosmo, Pete, Steve, Tony Savino. i was with a small despencery medical unit in chu lai. it was mag 12 and it was on the beach. we had the mud bowl (watched movies) the navy corspman took care of the mechanics and piolts does anyone remember this area iwas there in 1967 1968 mike bledsoe was with us we rotated to japan and back please e mail me if you know anything thank you DOC we gave shots and physicals and had 2 or 3 doctors in are group

was in vietnam 67-68 A co 2nd and 12th cav,2nd platoon was rto for lt. jones doc are you out there? i was wonded july we were sent in to get a squid of men of inland for 5th and 7th hart was killed that night ,if enyone can remember get in contact with me. also company co name was cpt. lowe who was killed in i think july firefite uphill.

I was in nam in 1968 with company c 1st battalion mechanized 16th infantry and in 1969 with hhc 1/61st infantry div ist bde 5th div mechanized recon. I was a staff sgt with the 5th mech firebase sheradon. we were attached to the 3rd marine div. Most opperations in the Khe Sahn region.I was wounded by a anti tank mine with multiple wounds. I am rated at 100% permanent. If I can help Any body that I was with I would be honored to do so. I know if military records are vacant of injuries and events it can be difficult . We left no man behind in Nam . So we shouldn't leave anyone behind here either Bill Long

I was stationed at Camp Carter, part of Danang West security Jan, '68 to May '69 Worked Sentry duty NIS, Admiral's Quarter's, Officer Quarter's White Elephant then went to the Securtiy Pass Office in Greater Downtown Danang
