My son Joel A williams served two terms in Nam. He was a corpman with 101airborne. He had a arm blown off and went to Japan ,to have it sewed on ,he has some use of it. I don't hear from him sometime for years. We was a close family. Is this natural for Nam vets. I worry so.

I am a daughter of a Vietnam Vet James William Bruhn who was killed in November of 1966. And I am also a mother of 2 beautiful children from Vietnam. I know very ironic. I was very blessed to get to go to Vietnam 2 times to get my children. The country is beautiful. I am interested in going to Vietnam to help out however I can. I am a teacher. Please email me to let me know what I can do to help. My children are 5 (Erin from Hanoi) and 2 (Tyler from Nha Trang). Thanks for all you have done.

My 2 oldest brothers both served in vietnam. My oldest brother Larry was drafted into the army at 18. He was hit by a handgranade, then his medical helicopter was shot down bringing him to the med site. He is now 55 and having a hard time with it. Would like some advise from a Vietnam Vet. Also would like to thank all of you for fighting for our country. WE LOVE YOU ALL
